Stays hot in Week 8 win
Coleman brought in five of seven targets for 70 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Seahawks.
Analysis: Coleman followed up his breakout performance against the Titans last week with another notable fantasy performance versus Seattle. The addition of star wideout Amari Cooper has clearly opened up the offense for Buffalo's other receiving options, with Coleman benefiting the most from the recent trade. Fantasy managers should continue starting the rookie wideout with confidence heading into next Sunday's game against Miami.

Breaks out in Week 7
Coleman recorded four receptions on seven targets for 125 yards in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans.
Analysis: The addition of Amari Cooper seemingly threatened Coleman's role in Buffalo's offense, but instead, he appeared to be unlocked with less focus from the defense. Coleman earned a season-high seven targets and converted that into long gains of 57 and 44 yards, both of which were highlighted by lots of yards after the catch. The Titans were without their top two corners for this matchup, so it remains to be seen if Coleman can carry this performance into a Week 8 matchup against Seattle -- another…read more

Established star joins WR corps
Coleman is expected to move down a spot on the depth chart after the Bills acquired Amari Cooper from the Browns on Tuesday, Matt Bove of 7 News Buffalo reports.
Analysis: The addition of Cooper represents a hit to Coleman's rest-of-season value, as both Cooper and Khalil Shakir should provide a strong 1-2 punch at receiver for the Bills, while running back James Cook and tight end Dalton Kincaid are frequent targets in the passing game. Coleman has shown some promise with his size and athleticism, but he hasn't gone over 51 receiving yards in six games, and it's difficult to envision him being a main weapon in the passing game when the Bills have all their key…read more

Scores long TD on only catch
Coleman caught one of five targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Houston.
Analysis: Coleman scored a 49-yard touchdown in the third quarter, but he failed to catch any of his other four targets as Josh Allen completed only nine of 30 pass attempts. Dalton Kincaid and Mack Hollins tied for the team lead with six targets apiece in the absence of top receiver Khalil Shakir (ankle), with Coleman one behind them. Coleman has recorded multiple catches in only two of his first five games, but the rookie second-round pick has two touchdowns heading into a Week 6 road game against the…read more

Three catches in Week 4 loss
Coleman caught three of four targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 35-10 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis: Coleman dropped a deep ball in the first half but bounced back with a couple of nice catches along the sideline to finish 11 yards short of Khalil Shakir's team lead in receiving yards. The rookie Coleman is out of the doghouse after being benched for the first quarter in Week 3 due to being late to a meeting, but his ceiling heading into a Week 5 trip to Houston remains capped by his inability to create separation from defenders as well as the fact that the 2024 Bills love to spread the ball…read more

Finds pay dirt on only target
Coleman scored a 24-yard touchdown on his only target in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars.
Analysis: Coleman has only one target over the last two games after drawing five looks in his NFL debut, but he made the most of his only opportunity Monday by finding paydirt. The rookie second-round pick has shown some nice ability on jump balls, but Buffalo has brought the 6-foot-4 Coleman along slowly while giving more playing time to wide receivers who have more blocking experience or shiftiness to get open underneath. Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News relays that Coleman was benched in the…read more

Blanked in Thursday's win
Coleman didn't catch his only target in Thursday's 31-10 win over the Dolphins.
Analysis: Coleman took a step back after posting a team-leading 51 receiving yards in his NFL debut, but his lack of involvement can be attributed in large part to game flow. Buffalo's defense and ground game dominated, so Khalil Shakir (five catches for 54 yards) and Dalton Kincaid (four catches for 33 yards) were the only Bills to catch multiple passes. Coleman, whom the Bills selected 33rd overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, likely would benefit if the team employs a more pass-heavy approach Week 3 against…read more

Team's leading receiver in debut
Coleman caught four of five targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 34-28 win over the Cardinals.
Analysis: Coleman led the team in targets and receiving yards in his NFL debut, but the rookie second-round pick was held out of the end zone while fellow Bills wide receivers Khalil Shakir and Mack Hollins both scored touchdowns. Most of Coleman's yardage came on a 28-yard contested catch in the fourth quarter, which got the ball down to the six-yard line and set up quarterback Josh Allen's second rushing touchdown of the game. Coleman and the Bills will have a short turnaround before facing the…read more

Extended run against Pittsburgh
Coleman recorded one catch on three targets for 12 yards in Saturday's 9-3 preseason win over Pittsburgh.
Analysis: Coleman played with the first-team offense along with Khalil Shakir and Mack Hollins, while Curtis Samuel didn't suit up. Coleman stayed on the field the longest of the trio, however, and finished second on the team with three targets. He has only two catches on six targets through two exhibition games, though many of those throws have come from Mitch Trubisky rather than Josh Allen.

One catch in preseason opener
Coleman caught one of three targets for eight yards in Saturday's 33-6 preseason loss to the Bears.
Analysis: Coleman didn't make much of a splash in his NFL debut, with his lone catch coming on a pass thrown by backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky. Coleman worked in with the starting wide receivers, but Josh Allen's pair of first-quarter completions went to Khalil Shakir and Curtis Samuel. Coleman's expected to play a significant role as a rookie in a Bills receiving corps that lost Stefon Diggs in the offseason, and the 2024 second-round pick out of Florida State will try to put forth a stronger showing…read more

Inks rookie deal with Buffalo
Coleman signed a four-year rookie contract Wednesday, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.
Analysis: Coleman, selected 33rd overall in April, has a good chance to be the team's No. 1 or No. 2 receiver right out of the gate, as the Bills lack a proven guy in the entire wideout corps after trading away Stefon Diggs and not re-signing Gabe Davis during the offseason. The Bills now have all 10 of their 2024 picks signed to deals.
